Quito Restaurant Alma
Opening a restaurant is every chef’s dream. For our chef, Miguel, Alma is a dream that has been in his mind for about 10 years. After working for the Marriott Corporation as Executive Chef in Buenos Aires, Quito, and Miami, Miguel chose to return to Quito to turn his dream into an idea and then his idea into a reality.
This is how Alma was born, Chef Miguel de Arregui’s first solo venture, where his experience and creativity come together and allow him to develop dishes marked by the character of Argentinean cuisine and the chef’s own personality.
